Shipping/Handling Policy:
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. The items will ship according to your choice of shipment methods. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 7 days, and you will be given the option to cancel your order. Items are not charged to your credit card until shipped. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.

Any information provided by you is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. Return Policy:
All returns may be subject to a 15 - 25% restocking fee for unused items. An RMA number is required to process any such return and must be approved by New Dimensions.
Computers, Printers and Plotters are Non-Refundable. To process an RMA you may call us at (248) 619-6100. The RMA # must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box and items must be in new condition and in original packing. Our Ship to Address is: New Dimensions, 1830 Stephenson Hwy Suite B, Troy, MI 48083. We will notify you via e-mail or a phone call of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 to 4 weeks of our receiving your return.
